Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and sent. We will update you with emails and tracking confirmation numbers. All items are sent 1st class tracked and signed.
We also ship worldwide. If you are ordering from outside of UK, please allow an extra 7-10 days once we have made your order for delivery.
Returns
All items are handmade to order once you have purchased, we are unable to accept returns if you are not happy with the fit as specified so please check the standard sizing measurements.
Your item is beautifully made for you with a lotta love. If an item does not fit, we are more than happy to offer alterations if requested 1 week after the parcel was posted. Please double check the https://monobrowshop.com/pages/size-chart and your own measurements to make sure your item will fit you perfectly before ordering. Please contact me if you are unsure.
We would accept returns if the item is not as advertised or is incorrectly manufactured and you have contacted myself within 7 days of receipt of your garment.
Any postage charges will have to be paid by the customer.
